The Ohio Jump$tart Coalition is comprised of many organizations, government agencies, financial institutions, and corporations. Working together we are able to join forces to improve the personal financial literacy of Ohio's youth. Mission Statement: Create and sustain an effective infrastructure to champion and support the systematic delivery of personal finance knowledge to Ohio school children during the K-12 classroom experience. Objectives: The coalition aims to achieve the following goals: 1) Create a sustainable infrastructure to support financial literacy initiatives, 2) Customize programs for Ohio schools, 3) Connect teachers with knowledge partners in the professional community, 4) Facilitate the delivery of teacher training, 5) Advocate financial literacy curriculum at the state and local level.
